Shira Z. Photography – Long Island, NY Newborn, Baby, Child, & Family Photographer bio picture
  • Welcome to my blog! I'm Shira, I'm a wife, and mom to 2 gorgeous little girls. I love to photograph spontaneous, adventurous families being carefree! I want you to let your children be themselves and have fun. Cuddle and kiss them as much as possible so I can capture the love you all have for each other!

Please take a look at around the blog and contact me with any questions.  My most recent work can be found here and on my facebook page. I'll also be posting updates, promotions, and a bunch of photos of my girls :)   So feel free to check in every once in a while to see what I've been up to!  There's a comment section below each post where you can leave any questions, or thoughts on what you see. I'd love to hear from you!

Nicolle & Joe’s Wedding | New York City Wedding Photographer | Shira Z Photography

I recently posted a wedding that took place at Fort Tryon Park in Manhattan. Well here is another awesome wedding I photographed that same weekend and coincidently the ceremony took place at the same park! It was a rainy day but we all lucked out because it basically stopped raining just in time for the ceremony. Nicolle and Joe first introduced me to this beautiful location in the Fall when we came to take their engagement photos. I don’t think I ever posted their engagement session so here are just a few…

and here are some from their wedding day!!

one of my favs

first dance at rebar, a very cool, unique bar in downtown Brooklyn which they rented out for the reception!

awesome view of the bridge on the roof!

they are so cute together!!

Little B | Long Island Baby Photographer | Shira Z Photography

As you can see Little B was born smiling! Lucky for me he is still super smiley! I had so much fun with him and his parents who I’ve known for many years now. I feel so lucky that they’ve chosen me to photograph all these big moments in their lives. Seems like just yesterday I was photographing their wedding! Time flies, thank goodness for photos:)

B with his Mom and Dad at 1 year old!

Don’t you just want to eat him up!?!?

I <3 this one…
